We are specialized in researching, developing, manufacturing and selling many kinds plastic products (1g~16000g) in fields of home& garden, municipal facilities, instrument, hardware, electronics and appliance, printing and packaging, logistics and warehouse,supermarket, environment and sanitation, etc. The company also can supply customized engineering plastic parts for special use or help you to make yourself design with our skilled technical team. We also specialized on iron casting, such as ductile iron manhole cover & tree grate, pipe fittings, valve etc. Occupied over 15,000m2, facilitated with resin bonded sand processing line, V-processing line, and 3 tons electric furnace, 5 tons copula, CNC lathe, CNC Machining center, CNC boring machine, heavy duty lathe. Our casting weight across 1kg~2000kgs and machine size up to 1600mm.Annual output exceeds 15000 tons. With strict quality control system, and top chemical and metallurgical laboratories facilities, like spectrometer, ultrasonic detector, universal material tester, metallographic analyzer and CMM, we can ensure the right material quality of grey iron GG15-GG30 or ductile iron GGG40-GGG60 to meet the requirements from different customers.
